  • Simply fill out our quote intake form and we will provide you with a detailed quote and printability analysis, completely free of charge, within a couple of hours (usually within 1). If we don’t provide you with a quote within 12 hours, we will automatically apply a 50% discount to your quote.

  • We serve all industries with metal 3D printing needs.

  • Part files must have a minimum wall thickness >0.5mm. Otherwise, those features may not form completely or can be damaged during post-processing. We will inform you if you have thin walls as part of our Printability Analysis during the quoting process.

  • HyperForge3D supports thread tapping. Please indicate your thread tapping requirements via our quote intake form and we will be sure to include your requirements as part of your quote.

  • The metal 3D printing process used by HyperForge3D can produce parts with tolerances of ±0.3%

  • Please see our materials section dropdown menus. Here you will find the maximum build volume for individual prints, dependent upon which material is selected.

  • Please indicate that your parts are involved in an assembly in your quote intake form. We will be sure to add any necessary tolerancing adjustments in our production process to ensure proper configuration.

  • HyperForge3D has a global network of suppliers and is well equipped to handle changes in administrative policies related to foreign goods, if applicable. We have not seen significant impacts to our business as a result.

    If customs paperwork is required, HyperForge3D is obliged to cooperate with customers in providing all documents required for customs clearance until the goods are delivered. If the delivery fails due to the customer’s non-cooperation, the customer is responsible for all associated losses.

    Any shipping delays caused by customs, carriers, or other third parties are not the responsibility of HyperForge3D.
