Welcome to HyperForge3D. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the services we provide. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:
1. General Terms
HyperForge3D provides custom 3D-printed parts based on specifications submitted by customers.
By using our services, you agree that you have the right to provide the designs for production.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason.
2. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
Any information provided by the buyer, including contact details, design files, and intellectual property, will be kept strictly confidential.
HyperForge3D does not share customer information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill an order.
3. Buyer Responsibility for Design Accuracy and Legal Compliance
Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their submitted designs.
HyperForge3D manufactures parts exactly as provided. We are not responsible for any design flaws, measurement errors, or functional failures resulting from incorrect designs.
If an incorrect file is submitted, the customer must place a new order with the corrected design at their own cost.
The buyer certifies that they are uploading files in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and that they are not using files that infringe on the intellectual property of others or violate any laws.
Any legal disputes arising from the use of uploaded files, including IP disputes, are solely the buyer's responsibility. HyperForge3D holds no liability or responsibility in these matters.
HyperForge3D will not manufacture weapons or components of weapons. Any orders that include such items will be canceled immediately.- Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their submitted designs.
4. Performance Disclaimer
HyperForge3D makes no guarantees regarding the performance, strength, durability, or suitability of any part for a specific application.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a material or design is appropriate for their intended use.
While HyperForge3D may provide a material assessment upon request, it is ultimately the buyer’s responsibility to determine the proper specifications for the intended end use. Any issues, damages, injuries, or failures resulting from incorrect design or material selection are solely the responsibility of the buyer, and HyperForge3D holds no liability for such outcomes.
5. Shipping, Taxes, and Import Duties
HyperForge3D will select the best shipping provider based on destination to optimize the purchasing process.
Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, customs duties, and import fees, should any apply.
HyperForge3D is obliged to cooperate with customers in providing all documents required for customs clearance until the goods are delivered. If the delivery fails due to the customer’s non-cooperation, the customer is responsible for all associated losses.
Any shipping delays caused by customs, carriers, or other third parties are not the responsibility of HyperForge3D.
6. Returns and Refunds
If a part arrives damaged or is missing from your order, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photographic evidence of damaged items before processing a refund or replacement.
Returns and refunds are not available for customer design errors, as parts are manufactured exactly as provided.
If the following situations occur, the buyer can initiate a refund or redo request:
Lost during transportation of goods.
Serious damage to goods.
Poor quality: For some ambiguous quality determinations, HyperForge3D has the right to request the buyer to return the goods at their own expense. However, for obvious and easily identifiable quality defects, HyperForge3D is obligated to redo them for the customer or provide a refund and bear the shipping cost for returning the goods.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once payment is submitted, as production begins immediately upon payment.
Once production has started, no refunds or cancellations will be accepted.
8. Design Discrepancies and Tolerances
If there are discrepancies between 3D CAD data and 2D drawings, the 3D CAD data takes precedence for production, while the 2D drawings take precedence for tolerancing and thread diameters.
We are not responsible for discrepancies between 3D CAD files and 2D drawings.
If an order includes threads or specific tolerances, it is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a technical drawing with the relevant specifications and to ensure that it is reflected correctly in the quotation request and order.
9. Limitation of Liability
HyperForge3D is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Our liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for the order in question.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
